Lani Souza is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare, serving in various roles from 2013 to the present. Starting as an RN Supervisor at Sunbridge Care and Rehab, Lani transitioned to work at Good Samaritan Medical Center and SouthCoast Hospitals Group – Charlton Memorial Hospital, where she gained significant experience in inpatient detox and as a Float RN. From 2015 to 2020, she specialized as an Outpatient Mental Health Case Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs before advancing to her current role as a Care Coordinator/Utilization Review Case Manager at VA Hospital. Lani’s career reflects her commitment to patient care and her ability to adapt and excel in various healthcare settings.
